It depends on the shape of the engagement. Fixed-scope projects are priced as a project. Embedded leadership is priced monthly. A phased start prices the discovery first, so you can commit to direction before you commit to a build. Either way, you'll know the number before any work starts.

Yes. We often work alongside in-house teams, leading a workstream, filling a specific gap, or setting a standard the team carries on. We'll work in your existing tools where it makes sense, and tell you when something's worth changing.
We don't disappear at launch. Depending on what the product needs, we either stay on to keep iterating or hand over to your team with everything documented. We'll recommend the one the product needs, even when that's the shorter engagement.
