Testing runs alongside the build, so problems are caught as each part is built.

You own the code and everything we build for you. After launch, we either stay on to keep improving the product or hand it over to your team with everything documented.
AI workshops for your team
We run hands-on sessions that build AI skills in your product, design, engineering and operations teams.
The sessions use your own tools and your own files, so what your team practises is the work they do every day.

Scaling with AI
We look at what AI changes about your roles, processes and structure, and what it doesn't.
We go through your existing workflows step by step and work out which steps AI can take on, which need a person, and which should stop. Then we redesign the process around that, write it up, and show your team how to run it.
Your team spends its time on the parts of the work that still need a person.
